Budgeted opening day for ski season is Friday, October 20.

Last Days of Summer Operations are this Friday, Saturday and Sunday


“Up At Arapahoe” New hiking biking trailOur newest summer trail, “Up At Arapahoe”, is open. We have completed the first portion from Black Mountain Lodge uphill to the bottom of Jamie’s Face. The trail will be for two-way hiking and uphill biking.


Reporting Workplace Injuries – It is absolutely critical that all workplace injuries are reported to an employee’s supervisor, the Risk Manager or Human Resources immediately. It is every supervisor’s responsibility to immediately report these injuries to the Risk Manager or Human Resources. Delays not only cause headaches, but can lead to a denial of benefits which is bad for everyone.


Your Health Insurance Open Enrollment – Open enrollment is available thru September 25, 2023. Open enrollment is the one time of year eligible employees can make changes to benefits like medical and dental insurance. If you miss this, other than a qualifying event, you will have to wait until next open enrollment to make any changes.


Early Riser Waterline Project

This project is expected to begin this week. Water will be limited at the shop. The rest of the resort should not have water impacts. Access to the shop will be limited.


Season Passes and Multi Day Packs – Unlimited, unrestricted adult season passes are sold

Recycled Asphalt – Next week we may be placing recycled asphalt in High Noon Parking Lot. This may lead to lot closures.


Snowmaking testing will begin any day. While not really cold enough to really make snow, the fan guns will be spraying some snow and water.
