-Saturday, September 9 – Cirque Series Trail Race – Expecting 600 runners and a busy day.

-Sunday, September 17 – Hazel Miller Concert

-Saturday and Sunday, September 23 and 24 – Oktoberfest

Reporting Workplace Injuries – It is absolutely critical that all workplace injuries are reported to an employee’s supervisor, the Risk Manager or Human Resources immediately. It is every supervisor’s responsibility to immediately report these injuries to the Risk Manager or Human Resources. Delays not only cause headaches, but can lead to a denial of benefits which is bad for everyone.

Your Health Insurance Open Enrollment – Open enrollment for health insurance is September 15 – 25. There will be a Q & A on September 19. Pay attention to emails from Human Resources in the coming weeks. Contact HR with questions.

Project Updates

-Contractors have begun repairing the roof leaks above the women’s room at BML

Early Riser Waterline Project

-This project is expected to begin September 18. Water will be limited at the shop. The rest of the resort should not have water impacts. Access to the shop will be limited.

Additional Upcoming Projects – In September staff and contractors will begin working on the following projects

-The water treatment plant below the 6th Alley Bar will receive a major upgrade

-An odor mitigation system we will be installed next to the A-Frame rest rooms below the 6th Alley deck

Powder Daze

-We were very successful selling season passes and multi-day packs at the Christy Sports Powder Daze Sales Event.

Snowmaking will begin as soon as weather conditions allow, typically in late September or early October.

Thanks and let me know if you have questions.
